If I was a Prime Minister... - Francisco Silva

If I was a prime minister I would suggest some ideas for a better country: support our national production and exportations and also improve the health system by eliminating or at least, reducing the cost of a consult and reopen the closed Health Centers in more isolated areas. A very important measure to reduce the public debt would be to cut the unnecessary governmental expenses: reducing the costs associated to a public inauguration, reducing the travel expenses of the politicians…
The subsidiary of the unemployment subsidy should work as a public worker until another job is found.
A very important thing to improve would be to support the renewable energies by creating photovoltaic centrals, placing wind mills among others… Because it’s important to create bases to a better future with a lower oil dependence.
I would help the retired ones, by lowering the costs of medicines for them. I would also increase the minimum wage.
I would reduce the salary for the public workers with an excessive salary, for example: some politians, TV presenter, public administrators
